Our practice provides the following services:

Ante Natal And Post Natal Care

For the care of pregnant and nursing mothers please ask the receptionist for details.

Child development checks are carried out by the doctor at 6/8 weeks.

A appointment will be sent out by the practice.

These are run every week for all children in the practice.

We provide family planning and contraception services.

If you have been advised by the surgery to complete a review of your contraception, you will need to complete our Contraception Review Form.

Nurses’ Led Walk-In-Clinic section.

We run dedicated clinics across sites to monitor our diabetic patients. The clinic is held weekly and patients will be invited to attend.

We offer health promotion and health screening services such as smear tests and well person checks, please enquire at reception.

Travel advice and vaccinations are given by the practice nurse by appointment.

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you will need to complete a Travel Risk Assessment Form.

We run dedicated nurses’ led walk-in-clinics across sites.

There are limited space for each clinic, and it is on a first come first serve system.
