Please call the surgery between 12.30pm and 4pm to receive results. If the results require urgent attention you will be notified. Our switchboard operator will be able to tell you either that the results are normal or that your doctor will discuss them with you at your next routine visit. Occasionally you may be asked to phone your GP after surgery to discuss your results. The switchboard operator does not have access to further information and is not qualified to give medical advice. If you are worried please speak to your doctor.
For intimate examinations or procedures, the health professionals may use a chaperone. If you would like to be accompanied by a chaperone, please tell the doctor and a fully trained member of staff will be present for the procedure.
